THE BENEFIT OF SLEEP FOR MEMORY
Would you like to participate in a study about how sleep benefits memory? At the Center for Sleep and Cognition at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center we are studying how sleep improves memory in healthy young and older adults. We are looking for healthy individuals or couples who would be willing to come to the lab 3-4 times.
We would be very interested in recruiting you if you are a motivated, healthy individual between the ages of 65-80. You should be in good physical and mental health, and not have any sleep complaints.
You can participate in 1 of 2 studies:

Participants in this study should be ready and able to drive their own car to and from the medical center – we will pay for all of your parking expenses.
